信息含量最大的我国现代服务业发展水平评价指标体系构建及分析

Construction and Analysis of China's Modern Service Industry Development Evaluation Index System Based on the Maximum Information Content

现代服务业作为"十三五"期间经济发展的内生动力,对协调人民、社会和经济发展有决定性作用,是经济转型升级的重要途径之一,为此现代服务业发展水平的有效判断对把控我国经济发展方向、衡量发展能力具有重要意义。结合我国现代服务业内涵及发展情况,确定了现代服务业发展基础、发展环境、发展规模、发展潜力四个准则层,并通过大量文献阅读,海选出四个方面对应的指标层。根据信息含量最大和重复信息剔除原则定量筛选指标,对指标层进行处理及筛选,构建现代服务业发展水平指标评价体系。创新点在于,在现有现代服务业的研究成果之上,建立更优的现代服务业发展水平评价体系,为"十三五"期间对现代服务业的发展提供更重要、更全面的评价依据。

During the 13th Five Year Plan, modem service as the internal dynamism of economic development, will play a decisive role in coordinating the people, society and economic development. Therefore, effective and accurate evaluation of modem service is of great significance to control the development direction and level. From the perspective of the connotation of the modem service industry, taking four aspects （ the foundation, environment, scale, and potential） as criterion layers, this paper selects extensive corresponding index layer. According to the maximum information content and the principle of eliminating redundant information, the paper establishes the evaluation indicators system of modern service. Based on the previous studies, it excogitates a better evaluation system of modem service industry. Moreover, this paper establishes a more comprehensive evaluation system, and lays a foundation for modem service industry.
