广西实行区域用水总量控制与经济协调发展

Coordinate total water consumption control and economic development in Guangxi

介绍了2013~2014年广西实行最严格水资源管理制度的考核结果,结合这两年广西的经济社会发展情况,认为实行用水总量控制并未对广西经济社会发展带来负面影响。分析了今后广西实行用水总量控制与经济协调发展的可行性。

The most stringent water management system is implemented in Guangxi. An introduction was made on the assessment results of management within the period of 2013 to 2014. In accordance with the economic and so- cial development of Guangxi in these two years, it is concluded that total water consumption control didn＇ t have a negative impact on development. The author also analyzed the feasibility of coordinating total water consumption control and economic development.
