应城市汉江饮用水工程沉井施工防渗墙高喷灌浆方法比选

Comparison and selection of high pressure jet grouting method for sunk shaft anti-seepage wall construction of a drinking water project in Yingcheng City

摘要 结合应城市汉江饮用水工程地质条件及施工实际情况,通过单管法、双管法及三管法高压旋喷灌浆防渗试验,比选适合该工程沉井外边缘及底板防渗的高压旋喷方法,最终推荐采用三管法高压旋喷灌浆防渗墙施工方法。实践证明:该方法既保证了施工质量,又缩短了工期,效益显著。 Combined with the geological conditions and actual construction conditions of a drinking water project in Yingcheng City, high pressure rotary jet grouting tests were conducted by three methods respectively, including single-tube method, double-tube method and tri-tube method. After comparison and selection, tri-tube method was recommended for anti-seepage construction at external edge and base slab of sunk shaft. As demonstrated by practice, this method renders good construction quality, less construction duration with considerable benefits.
