基于光纤温度传感技术的灌注桩夹泥试验研究

摘要 介绍了基于分布式光纤温度传感技术的灌注桩质量检测方法。制作了含泥量分别为0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的6种夹泥试验模型桩。对传感光纤进行加热,通过检测各模型桩中的光纤温升情况,研究含泥量不同的试验桩中光纤温升规律。研究表明:加热功率越大光纤温升越大;含泥量越大,混合材质的导热系数越小,光纤温升越大。 This paper introduces the principle of the extent of the pile complete detection method based on optical fiber temperature measurement technology.A model test have been designed that six different kinds of intercalated mud pile have been made and the respective clay contents are 0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%.The sensing fiber has been heated and the optical fiber temperature rise in the piles have been measured to analyze the rule of the temperature rise in the different intercalated mud piles.Studies show that the optical fiber temperature becomes larger as the heating power increases,and the optical fiber temperature rise increases with the increment of clay content of the piles which the thermal conductivity becomes smaller.
