摘要
为了探寻准确而可靠的油橄榄花粉生活力的测定方法,以油橄榄中山27#品种花粉为试材,采用离体培养法,研究了培养基中不同浓度的糖、硼、钙及PEG对其花粉萌发率的影响情况。结果表明:促使油橄榄中山27#品种花粉萌发的最适宜的蔗糖浓度为150 g/L、硼酸浓度为200 mg/L、钙离子浓度为40 mg/L、PEG-4000浓度为100 g/L;在此培养基中室温培养24 h,其花粉萌发率可达最大值(64.51%)。
In order to accurately measure pollen viability inOlea europaea, using Zhongshan 27# as materials, the effects of different concentrations of sugar, boron, calcium and PEG in media on the pollen germination inO. europaea were studied. The results showed that the optimal concentrations of sugar, boron, calcium and PEG-4000 for promoting pollen germination were 150 g/L, 200 mg/L, 40 mg/L and 100 g/L respectively. The pollen germination rate could reach the mixmum (64.51%) after cultured for 24 hours at room temperature in the medium.
