传染病医院不同年龄职工细胞免疫状态的分析 被引量:2

Analysis on the cell immunology status of healthy staff from an infectious disease hospital

摘要 目的分析传染病医院健康职工不同年龄段T、B细胞亚群表达的差异,探讨其与年龄及工作环境的关系。方法采用多色免疫荧光标记和流式细胞术对不同年龄体检职工(分为A、B、C、D四组)外周血T、B细胞水平进行检测,比较各组差异。结果A、B、C、D各组CD3+T细胞占淋巴细胞的百分比分别为(65.48±5.22)%、(66.24±6.03)%、(66.15±7.11)%及(65.29±5.43)%,各组之间表达水平相近,无统计学差异;CD3+CD4+T细胞占T淋巴细胞的百分比分别为(33±1.84)%、(31.57±2.11)%、(34.63±2.56)%及(41.53±3.41)%,A、B、C各组两两比较无统计学差异,但D组与其它三组比较均有统计学差异(P〈0.05);各组CD8+CD28-T细胞占T细胞的百分比分别为(17.84±1.21)%、(21.81±1.43)%、(22.37±1.56)%及(14.22±1.36)%,D组分别与B、C两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);B细胞的百分比分别为(12.8±2.21)%、(11.79±1.79)%、(11.33±1.86)%及(8.17±2.36)%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论不同年龄层次的职工机体的免疫功能存在差异。 Objective To analyze the T and B cell subsets of healthy staff from an infectious disease hospital and to speculate the relationship between immune cell subsets and ages and working environment. Methods 103 staff in Suzhou infectious disease hospital,who were healthy confirmed by healthy examination, were enrolled in this study. Immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometry were used to analyze T and B lym- phocyte. Results were analyzed by the ANOVA analysis. Results The percentage of CD3 +T cells in four groups was (65.48 ±.22) % ,(66.24 ±6.03) % ,(66.15 ±7.11) % and (65.29 ±5.43) % respective- ly. There was no statistical difference between groups. The CD4+ T lymphocytes percentage was (33 ± 1.84) %, (31.57 ±2.11) % ,(34.63 ±2.56) % and (41.53 ±3.41) %. Compared with group A,B,C,groups D was lower with statistically significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). CD8 + CD28 - T cell/T cell percentage was ( 17.84 ± 1.21 ) %, (21.81 ± 1.43 ) %, (22.37 ± 1.56) % and ( 14.22 ± 1.36 ) % respectively. Compared with group D, the per- centage CD8 + CD28 - T cell in group B and C were statistically different ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The percentage of B cells of four groups was(12.8 ±2.21) % ,(11.79 ±1.79) % ,(11.33 ±1. 86) % and (8.17 ±2. 36)%respec- tively, compared with group A, B and C , group D was statistically difference respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclu- sion There are differences in immune function of healthy Staff from an infectious disease hospital.
