变应性鼻炎是耳鼻咽喉科常见的疾病之一，也是目前最常见的呼吸道慢性疾病之一，其反复发作及不适的鼻部症状给患者带来极大的经济及心理压力，严重影响患者的生活质量及心理健康。现代医学认为变应性鼻炎是常见十五种心身疾病之一，可导致多种精神及心理紊乱，如抑郁、焦虑、睡眠障碍、注意力障碍等，甚至可能是自杀的危险因素之一。然而变应性鼻炎的治疗原则中尚无心理相关的诊断及治疗。本文就变应性鼻炎与精神心理相关的国内外最新研究进展及心理干预治疗的必性做一综述。

Allergic rhinitis is a common diseases in ENT, and the most common chronic diseases of the respiratory tract. It brought a great economic and psychological pressure to the patient, cauesed of the recurrent and uncomfortable nasal symptoms. Allergic rhinitis is one of the fifteen common psychosomatic diseases, it may lead to a variety of psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, attention disorders. And AR may be one of the risk factors for suicide. However, the principle of treatment of AR had no psychological relevant to the diagnosis and treatment. So this article is a brief review of the latest research progress of psychic psychology related to AR and the necessity of psychological intervention in AR.
