鼻腔结外型NK／T细胞淋巴瘤（extranodal natural kil—ler／T cell lymphoma，ENKTCL）是发生于鼻部的淋巴结外一种少见的非霍奇金淋巴瘤，肿瘤细胞恶性程度高，易侵犯血管等特点，其瘤细胞大部分来自外周的NK细胞，少数来自T细胞；免疫组化示肿瘤细胞表达CD3、CD56、TIALI等阳性，目前其被认为是一种治疗效果不佳的侵袭性疾病。临床上准确的分期对选择最适的治疗方案很重，初诊时73．5％的患者处于临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期（AnnArbor分期），肿瘤又多局限于鼻腔及邻近结构组织。目前研究及临床疗效表明ENKTCL对放疗较敏感，已作为首选的治疗方案；对于Ⅲ／Ⅳ期及复发难治的ENKTCL患者，综合治疗是最常用的方法，如化疗联合放疗等。近年也有学者提出先化疗达缓解后再联合自体造血干细胞移植治疗。

Its tumour cells most come from peripheral natural killer cells, less from lymphocyte T; immunocytochemistry showed tumor cells expressed CD3/CD56/TIALI and others positive, At present it is considered to be a poor treatment in invasive disease; Accurate staging in clinical medicine, are very important to choose the optimal treatment, 73.5% of patients are in clinical Ⅰ, Ⅱ （Ann Arbor stage） at the first visit, tumor more confined to the nasal cavity and adjacent tissue, The present study and clinical curative effect show that ENKTCL are sensitive to radiotherapy, as the first treatment; For stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ and relapsing intractable patients with ENKTCL, comprehensive treatment is the most commonly method, such as chemotherapy combined radiotherapy and so on. In recent years,some scholars also put forward first after chemotherapy to relieve again with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation therapy.
