鼻部病名考

Investigation on the Terms of Nasal Disorders

鼻部疾病是临床上的常见病证。与鼻部有关的病名,古代又有鼻疔、鼻疳、鼻窒、鼻槁、鼻鼽、鼻渊、鼻息肉、鼻衄等多个相关的名称。随着时代的不同,各个病名的含义也不尽相同。弄清鼻部疾病相关病名的内涵及历史沿革,对于研究鼻部疾病的发展概况,开展对该病的各项研究是非常必要的。文章对古代文献中,鼻部疾病的相关病名历代文献论述进行探讨。

Nasal disorders are common in clinic. There are many relevant terms in ancient time,such as Biding（nasal furuncule）,Bigan（nasal eczema）,Bizhi（chronic rhinitis）,Bigao（atrophic rhinitis）,Biqiu（allergic rhinitis）,Biyuan（nasosinusitis）,Bixirou（nasal polyp） and Biniu（epistaxis）. The meaning of each term is changeable in different eras. Understanding the connotation and historical evolution of the corresponding terms of nasal disorders is very necessary for the study on the development of nasal disorders and individual disorder. In the paper,the relevant terms of nasal disorders in ancient literatures were explored.
