摘要
近二三十年,电磁NDT技术在中国冶金行业发展和普及应用较快。目前,凡纳入无损检测范畴的钢材大多要求进行100%的电磁NDT才能出厂。整体工业水平的提升和用户的需求是促进电磁NDT技术快速发展和进步的推动力。概括了钢材电磁NDT的应用特点,并分别介绍了钢铁企业中应用的常规涡流检测技术和阵列涡流检测技术、直流漏磁检测技术和交流漏磁检测技术、常规磁粉探伤技术和纯洁度检验方法。
Electromagnetic NDT techniques are developed and popularized quickly in the domestic metallurgical industry in nearly twenty or thirty years.At present,the electromagnetic NDTs are generally required for most of the steel materials needed to carry out non destructive testing.Industrial development and user requirements are the driving forces of the progress of the electromagnetic NDT techniques.The characteristics of the electromagnetic NDT for steel products were summarized,and the conventional ET and array ET,DC-FT and AC-FT,conventional MT and purity test used in iron and steel enterprises were introduced.
