摘要 为研究LDB26履带板用钢的淬透性,采用600MRD型数显洛氏硬度计在距淬火端1.5、3、5、7、9、11、13、15、20 mm的试样表面进行洛氏硬度测试,并用显微镜观察金相显微组织。结果表明,距离水冷端越近,硬度值越大,距离水冷端越远,硬度值越小,所测得的硬度值也均在标准规定的范围之内;试样经过端淬后,水冷端区域为马氏体组织,硬度值最高,到距水冷端约10 mm处则为半马氏体区,表明LDB26履带钢淬透层深度大约为10 mm,具有良好的淬透性。 To study the hardenability of LDB26 track plate steel,the sample surface rockwell hardness was measured by using the 600 MRD type digital rockwell hardness tester away from the quenched end 1.5,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,20 mm.And the metallurgical microstructure was observed by a microscope.The results showed the closer to the end of the cooling,the greater the hardness.Otherwise,the greater the distance to the water-cooled side,the smaller the hardness.And the measurement hardness values were also within the scope of the standard.After the end of the sample was quenched,the structure of the cooled end region was martensite,and the hardness value was the highest.And at the position of 10 mm away from the end of the water cooling,it was half martensite area,which showed that the quenching depth of LDB26 track steel was about 10 mm and it had good hardenability.
