车轮锻压成型模开裂原因分析

Analysis of the crack reason of wheel forging and shaping mould

摘要 针对火车车轮锻压成型模具异常开裂的问题,采用化学分析、低倍酸洗、力学检验、金相检验、断口分析等方法对开裂的车轮锻压成型模进行解剖分析。结果发现,导致模具异常开裂的主要原因为材质选型不当及热处理性能不均匀,并对如何防止该类模具异常断裂和提高其使用寿命提出了建议。 Aiming at the abnormal breakdown problem of the train wheel forging mould,by means of the chemical analysis,macro acid pickling,mechanical test,micrographic examination,fracture analysis etc,the crack of wheel forging mould was analyzed.The results showed that the inappropriate material and the non-uniformity of heat treatment were the mainly reasons of the crack.And the recommendations of preventing the fracture and prolonging service life were provided.
