A Comparative Study on BIM Application Modes Based on Social Network Analysis

本文总结了目前BIM应用的4种主要模式:设计主导模式、施工主导模式、业主主导模式和咨询主导模式,并用社会网络分析的方法从各参与方之间的合同关系、BIM协同关系和从属包含关系的角度对比分析了4种模式,得到不同实施模式中组织结构的社会性特征。进一步从BIM应用程度、初始应用成本、各方协同程度、业主感知受益程度和业主BIM能力要求5个方面综合比较了4种模式,并根据业主BIM能力和项目特点提出了4种模式的适用情形,为业主选择BIM应用模式提供参考。

The paper summarizes four BIM application modes： design-driven mode,construction-driven mode,owner-driven mode and consulting-driven mode. The social network analysis method is used to compare and analyze the four modes from the perspective of three relations,including the contractual relation between all parties,the BIM collaborative relation and the relation of subordination and inclusion. The four modes are also compared comprehensively from five aspects including degree of BIM application, initial application cost, degree of coordination,owners ‘perception of benefit and requirement for owners＇ BIM ability. Finally,the situations where the four modes can apply are proposed according to BIM capabilities of owners and project characteristics,with a view to providing a reference when owners choose the BIM application mode.
