无机纳米材料用于肿瘤光热治疗的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 传统的肿瘤治疗手段如手术切除、化学疗法和放射疗法等具有一定的局限性,治疗效果往往并不理想。基于纳米材料的肿瘤光热治疗技术作为一种新型的治疗方法,由于具有微创、高效、不良反应低且能抑制肿瘤转移等特点,逐渐引起了人们的广泛关注。目前,有多种无机或有机纳米材料应用于肿瘤光热治疗领域,且均显示出很大的应用前景。本文主要对用于肿瘤光热治疗的多种无机纳米材料的优缺点以及其研究进展进行综述。 Traditional methods of cancer treatment such as surgical resection, chemotherapy and radiotherapy have certain limitations, and their treatment effects are not always satisfactory. As a new cancer treatment method, photothermal therapy based on nanomaterials has attracted people's attention due to its characteristics of minimally invasive, high efficiency, low side effects and inhibition of cancer metastasis. At present, there are a variety of inorganic or organic nanomaterials used in the field of photothermal cancer treatment, and have shown great application prospects. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of inorganic nanomaterials for photothermal therapy as well as their research progress are reviewed.
