普米克令舒雾化联合孟鲁司特钠治疗对支气管哮喘患儿肺功能及炎症状态的影响

Effects of Pulmicort with Montelukast therapy on pulmonary function and inflammatory state in children with bronchial asthma

目的:探讨普米克令舒雾化联合孟鲁司特钠对支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患儿肺功能及炎症状态的影响。方法:选取我院2014-06~2016-02因哮喘入院患儿100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组使用普米克令舒雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠口服治疗;对照组仅使用普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后的相关数据、肺功能指标的改善及炎症的状态。结果:观察组治疗支气管哮喘患儿的总有效率为92%,明显高于对照组的58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组患儿的肺功能情况进行统计分析发现,两组治疗后的FVC、FEV1和FEV1/FVC均有显著改善,且观察组改善程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组治疗前后嗜酸性粒细胞(ECP)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均降低,观察组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:普米克令舒雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠口服治疗对哮喘患儿有明显的抑制炎症反应和改善肺功能的作用,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the influence of Pulmicort united Montelukast on pulmonary function and inflammatory state in children with bronchial asthma.Methods：A total of 100 children with asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group in our hospital from June 2014 to February 2016.Observation Group were treated with Pulmicort with Montelukast therapy,the control group were treated with Pulmicort therapy only.The two groups after treatment in children with relevant data and the improvement of pulmonary function index and the state of inflammation were compared.Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 92%,obviously higher than that of control group which was 58%（P〈0.05）,there was significantly difference in two groups.Compared pulmonary function states of two groups after treatment,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC were improved significantly in two groups,and the observation group is higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Before and after treatment,eosinophil cationic protein（ECP）,interleukin-13（IL-13）,interleukin-8（IL-8）levels two groups are lower,after treatment ECP,IL-13,IL-8levels observation group are lower than those in control group（P 0.05）,there was significant difference in two groups.Conclusion：Pulmicort inhalation therapy with Montelukast oral therapy for children with asthma can significantly inhibit inflammation and improve the effect of pulmonary function.The therapeutic method is worth clinical application.
