绿色浪潮下的低碳技术与新能源革命

Low-carbon Technology and New Energy Revolution under the Green Wave

纵观人类历史,能源利用经历了农业社会的柴薪能源利用阶段、工业社会的化石能源利用阶段,以及现代社会的电力、核能等能源利用三个阶段,如今在"绿色浪潮"的背景下,未来极有可能会出现一个绿色化的能源利用阶段。从能源问题同低碳技术、新能源技术的辩证关系来看,工业化石能源的传统开发导致了现如今的能源短缺、全球气温升高、环境高污染等问题,同时也正是这些问题逼迫人类对低碳技术与新能源技术进行发展,因此能源问题对于低碳技术与新能源技术的出现既是原因也是结果。要想实现低碳技术与新能源技术两大新技术的快速发展,可以通过基础技术、重大装备、示范工程和创新平台四位一体同步推进的能源科技创新体系建设来实现。两次技术革命带来了两次能源革命,并产生了两个超级大国英美的地位更替。低碳要求下的新能源革命即将爆发,这也必将是实现"伟大中国梦"的重要契机。

Broadly speaking,energy utilization has experienced through three stages： fuelwood energy＇s utilization in agri- cultural society,fossil energy^s utilization in industrial society and the use of electric and nuclear power in modern society. Nowadays,the world has sprung a ＂Green Tide＂, which will bring utilization of new energy to the ecological civilized society. However,the emerging bottleneck of energy use and the aggravation trend of ecological environment forced out of low-carbon technology. Like the steam engine technology and internal combustion engine technology, low-carbon technology is of epoch- making significance. In this sense, low-carbon technology will also cause a brand new technical revolution. For low carbon tech- nology and the emergence of new energy technology,energy problem is the cause and result, through the base technology, major equipment and demonstration project and innovation platform, four synchronized advancement of integrated energy science and technology innovation system construction is bound to achieve low carbon technologies and new energy technology development of new technology. Two revolutions of technology brought about two revolutions of energy and two superpowers. Likewise, the coming New Energy Revolution in the context of low-carbon development can be a great chance for the nation to realize the Chi- nese Dream.
