On the Network Public Opinion Guidance and Public Opinion Control in Micro Political Era

微政时代是一个信息爆炸的时代,舆论引导和舆情管控就显得尤为重要。因此,政府必须改变新媒体发布信息数量有限、渠道单一的现状,及时、准确地将公众真正关注的信息以多种方式发布出去,灵活、准确、清楚地回应和解释公众质疑的问题,利用各种新媒体工具与传统媒体,共同做好舆论引导和舆情管控工作。

The era of micro politics is an era of information explosion,in which public opinion guidance and public opinion control is particularly important.Therefore,government must change the present situation that the number of new media release information is limited and the channel is single,release the information which cause public＇s concern timely and accurate in a variety of ways,response and interpretation of the public question in a flexible,accurate and clear way,using a variety of new media tools and traditional media,do a good job of public opinion guidance and public opinion control.
