新型肿瘤标志物Hsp90α在肺癌患者中的应用探索

Application of Novel Tumor Marker Hsp90α in Lung Cancer

目的:评价新型肿瘤标志物Hsp90α及其定量检测试剂盒在肺癌患者中的临床应用前景。方法:采用ELISA法测定33例不同荷瘤状态下肺癌样本的Hsp90α阳性率,对比临床常用肿瘤标志物,评价其在病情监测中的参考价值。结果:Hsp90α在肺癌患者中的总阳性率为27.27%,高于本实验其他肿瘤标志物;肺癌患者Hsp90α显著高于健康人(P<0.001);Hsp90α阳性患者术后检测值显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:Hsp90α及其试剂盒体现了良好的肿瘤初筛阳性率,在病情监测中具有一定的参考价值。

Objective：This study was to evaluate the clinical application of novel tumor marker Hsp90αand its quantitative detection kit in patients with lung cancer.Methods：ELISA was used to determine the positive rate of Hsp90αin33lung cancer samples with different tumor status.Compared with common tumor markers to evaluate the reference value in disease monitoring.Results：The positive rate of Hsp90αin patients with lung cancer was 27.27%,higher than the other tumor markers in this experiment;Hsp90αwas significantly higher in lung cancer patients than in healthy person（P〈0.001）;detection of Hsp90αpositive patients decreased after surgery,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Novel tumor marker Hsp90αand its quantitative detection kit are with good positive rate of cancer screening,and has certain reference value in the tumor condition monitoring.
