摘要
目的:探讨基于跨理论模型的健康教育对回族初发2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法:选取2016年1-6月在宁夏某三级甲等医院内分泌科首次确诊的2型糖尿病回族患者70例,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组患者确诊后采用常规的健康教育方法进行干预,实验组患者采用常规与跨理论模型相结合的健康教育方法进行干预。干预前及干预后6个月,比较两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)以及行为阶段的评估。结果:两组患者干预前FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后实验组患者FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),行为阶段评估优于对照组,并且糖尿病患者的自我管理能力有所提高。结论:基于跨理论模型健康教育能帮助回族初发2型糖尿病患者有效控制血糖并延缓并发症的发生。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education on blood glucose control in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus in the primary type of Hui nationality.Methods:70patients with type 2diabetes from January 2016 to June2016in Ningxia a three level of first-class hospital department of Endocrinology,first diagnosed patients randomly were divided into experimental group(35cases)and control group(35cases).Patients in the control group were diagnosed with routine health education and intervention,the patients in the experimental group were intervened with the health education based on the cross theoretical model.Before and 6 months after intervention,fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),two hours postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG)and behavioral phase were compared between the two groups.Results:The two groups of patients before the intervention of FBG,2hPBG and HbA1 clevels had no significant difference(P〉0.05);the intervention in the test group FBG,2hPBG,HbA1 clevels lower than the control group(P〈0.05),behavioral stage evaluation is better than the control group.Conclusion:The health education based on the cross theoretical model can help the patients with type 2diabetes to control blood glucose effectively and delay the occurrence of complications.
