芳香烃受体核转位蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过检测芳香烃受体核转位蛋白(Ah receptor nucleart ranslocator,ARNT)在胃癌及其多阶段癌前病变组织的表达,初步探索ARNT在胃癌发生中的作用。方法:采用Envision免疫组织化学检测慢性浅表性胃炎30例、慢性萎缩性胃炎30例、肠型化生30例、胃异型增生30例及胃癌70例中ARNT的表达。结果:慢性浅表性胃炎组、慢性萎缩性胃炎组及肠型化生组的ARNT核阳性表达率分别为36.67%(11/30)、50.00%(15/30)及63.33%(19/30);异型增生组的核阳性表达率为80.00%(24/30),明显高于前三组;与前四组比较,胃癌组ARNT核阳性表达率显著升高,为92.86%(65/70),与非癌组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ARNT在胃癌及其多阶段癌前病变组织中表达逐渐上调,提示ARNT与胃癌的发生密切相关。
