固本舒喘颗粒平喘、止咳、祛痰作用的实验研究

Experimental Studies on Antiasthmatic,Antitussive and Expectorant Function of Guben Shuchuan Granule

目的:研究固本舒喘颗粒的平喘、止咳、祛痰作用。方法:采用大鼠卵白蛋白致敏法、小鼠浓氨水引咳法和酚红祛痰法观察不同剂量固本舒喘颗粒对大鼠引喘潜伏期、小鼠咳嗽次数和酚红排泌量的影响。结果:与模型组比较,各剂量固本舒喘颗粒均能显著延长大鼠引喘潜伏期,增加小鼠酚红排泌量(P<0.05或P<0.01);中、高剂量固本舒喘颗粒能明显降低小鼠咳嗽次数(P<0.01)。结论:固本舒喘颗粒具有一定止咳、平喘、祛痰的功效。

Objective： To study the antiasthmatic, antitussive, and expectorant effects of Guben Shuchuan Granule （GSG）. Method： Observed the effect of different doses of Guben Shuehuan Granule on asthma incubation period of rats, cough times and phenolsulfonphthalein excretion volume of mice by sensitization method induced by rat ovalbumin, coughing induced by strong ammonia and phenol red expectoration method in mice. Result： Compared with the model group, each dose of GSG significantly prolonged the incubation period of asthma and increased the phenol red？ excretion quantity （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Medium and high dose of GSG obviously reduced the cough times of mice （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： GSG has significant effect on antitussive, antiasthmatic and expectorant functions.
