粘虫板颜色和悬挂方式对蓝莓果蝇引诱效果分析

Attractive effect of different color sticky traps and suspension ways on blueberry drosophila

研究5种颜色粘虫板在不同坡位和不同悬挂高度下引诱蓝莓果蝇Drosophila melanogaster M eigen的效果,以期为蓝莓果蝇的监测和综合防治提供依据。结果表明:坡位和颜色对粘虫板诱集蓝莓果蝇的效果具有显著影响,悬挂高度影响不显著。其中,坡位影响最大,从坡顶至坡脚的诱集效果依次递减;黄色粘虫板较其他颜色对果蝇表现出较强的引诱性,其次为橙色、绿色、蓝色和白色;粘虫板悬挂在距离地面1.5,1.0,0.5 m高度的诱虫率分别为37.6%,35.6%,28.8%。

The attractive effect of five kinds of color sticky traps to the blueberry drosophila were researched in different slope positions and different suspension heights to provide the basis for monitoring and integrated controlling of blueberry drosophila. The result showed that the slope position and the color of the sticky traps had significant impacts on blueberry drosophila,and the suspension height had non-significant impact. And the impact of the slope position was the biggest. The impact of the attractive effect was gradually decreasing from the top of slope to the foot of slope. The yellowsticky traps showed more attractive effect than other colors,followed by the orange,the green,the blue and the white. When suspension height was 1. 5,1. 0,0. 5 m from the ground surface,the attractive effect of the sticky traps on blueberry drosophila was 37. 6%,35. 6%,28. 8%,respectively.
