柑橘长卷蛾成虫形态和生殖系统研究

Morphological characters and reproductive system of Homona coffearia Nietner

通过人工饲养、观察和解剖新羽化成虫,描述了柑橘长卷蛾Homona coffearia Nietner成虫形态特征和内外生殖系统结构。结果表明:柑橘长卷蛾雌成虫翅黄褐色,体长9.51~11.21 mm;雄成虫前翅内缘和臀前区左侧黑色,基部有明显的前缘褶、外缘至顶角黄褐色,体长8.27~9.34 mm。雌成虫外生殖系统包括交配孔和产卵器,产卵器包括产卵孔和产卵瓣,内生殖系统由1对卵巢、2根输卵管、交尾囊、囊导管、导精管、受精囊腺、附腺等组成;雄成虫外生殖系统包括抱器瓣、背兜、阳茎,内生殖系统由睾丸、贮精囊、射精管等组成。

The morphological characters and structure of the reproductive system of Homona coffearia Nietner adult were observed and described. The results showed that female adult was 9. 51-11. 21 mm in length with tan wings; male adult was 8. 27-9. 34 mm in length,the inner margin of wings and the left of remigium was black,the outer margin and apical angle was tan. The female external reproductive system mainly included copulatory foramen and ovipositor while the internal reproductive organ consisted of a pair of ovaries,a pair of oviducts,bursa copulatrix,sperm ductus,spermatheca,accessory glands. The male external reproductive system mainly included clasper,tegumen,aedeagus,and internal reproductive organ consisted of testes,seminal vesicle,vasa deferentia.
