摘要
调查贵州省黔东南州台江县蓝莓Vaccnium uliginosum种植地发生的多种叶部病害,采用ITS保守序列测序和形态学鉴定的方法对致病病原微生物分类鉴定。结果表明蓝莓黑斑病、叶腐病、叶斑病和炭疽病的病原菌依次为互隔交链孢霉Alternaria alternata、大毛霉Mucor mucedo、巨腔茎点霉Phoma macrostoma和胶胞炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides。
The leaf diseases of Vaccnium uliginosum planted in Taijiang county of Guizhou province were investigated. The pathogenic fungi were identified by ITS conserved sequence and morphological method. The results showed that the pathogen were Alternaria altemata, Mucor mucedo, Phoma mac-rostoma and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Those pathogenic fungi respectively lead to black spot disease,leaf mould,leaf blight and anthracnose.
