补肾健脾汤对卵巢早衰患者骨代谢的影响

The Effect of Bushen Jianpi Decoction on Bone Metabolism of Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure

目的观察补肾健脾汤对卵巢早衰患者骨代谢的影响。方法选择我院妇科门诊2012年3月—2016年3月的卵巢早衰患者102例,采用随机数字表法随机(1∶1)分为两组各51例,对照组采用激素疗法;治疗组采用补肾健脾汤联合激素疗法治疗,治疗3个月。检测患者治疗前后骨密度(BMD)及25-羟维生素D3(25-OH-VD3)、降钙素(CT)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)。结果治疗后,治疗组和对照组患者的腰椎和股骨颈BMD值,25-OH-VD3、CT、BGP的水平,比治疗前有显著升高,与对照组相比,治疗组CT水平高于对照组,ALP水平低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论补肾健脾汤可改善卵巢早衰患者骨代谢,可减少卵巢早衰患者骨质疏松的发生概率。

Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Jianpi decoction on bone metabolism of patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods 102 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure were chosen in our hospital gynecology clinic from March 2012 to March2016. The patients were randomly（1∶ 1） divided into two groups,and each group had 51 cases using a random number table. The control group was treated with hormone therapy. The treatment group was treated with Bushen Jianpi decoction and hormone therapy. The patients were treated for three months. The change of bone mineral density and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3（25-OH-VD3）,calcitonin（CT）,serum alkaline phosphatase（ALP）,osteocalcin（BGP） were detected. Results After treatment,the lumbar spine and femoral neck bone mineral density,25-OH-VD3,CT,BGP levels of the treatment group and the control group of patients was significantly increased over the previous treatment,comparing with the control group,CT levels of the treatment group was higher,alkaline phosphatase level of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and there were significant differences（P 0. 05）. Conclusion The Bushen Jianpi decoction can improve bone metabolism in patients with premature ovarian failure,and can reduce the probability of osteoporosis in patients with premature ovarian failure.
