中医特色治疗脑瘫患儿17例

the Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cerebral Palsy in Children for 17 Cases

目的观察针刺及捏脊配合康复训练治疗17例脑瘫患儿的疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2015年3月本院儿童康复科住院脑瘫患儿共33例,随机分为两组,对照组(16例)给予康复训练,包括运动疗法、作业疗法、言语训练。治疗组(17例)在康复训练基础上配合针刺及捏脊。结果对照组9例有效,7例无效;治疗组15例有效,2例无效,P<0.05,并异有统计学意义。结论针刺及捏脊配合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫具有较好疗效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the acupuncture therapy,chiropractic therapy and rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children. Methods 33 cases of cerebral palsy children from January 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group（17cases） was treated with acupuncture treatment,chiropractic therapy and rehabilitation training. The control group（16 cases） was treated with rehabilitation training. Results In the control group,9 cases were effective,and 7cases were invalid. In the treatment group,15 cases were effective,and 2 cases were invalid. The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P 0. 05）.Conclusion The acupuncture therapy combined with chiropractic therapy and rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children has good therapeutic effect.
