香砂温中汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎48例

Modified Xiangsha Wenzhong Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis for 48 Cases

目的分析香砂温中汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果。方法选取我院2014年2月—2016年3月收治的96例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(48例)和对照组(48例),对照组采用胃复春片治疗,观察组采用香砂温中汤加减治疗,对两组总有效率及不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为89.58%,高于对照组总有效率66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=7.375,P<0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎采用香砂温中汤加减治疗效果良好,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of modified Xiangsha Wenzhong decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 96 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2016 were selected, using the random number table method, and they were divided into observation group （n = 48） and control group （n = 48）. The control group used Weifuchun tablets. The observation group was treated with Xiangsha Wenzhong decoction. The total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.58% which was higher than 66.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （X2 = 7. 375, P 〈 0.05 ）. No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion The modified Xiangsha Wenzhong decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has good curative effect, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
