中药配方颗粒治疗女童性早熟49例

Chinese Herbs Granule in the Treatment of Precocious Puberty in Girls for 49 Cases

目的观察滋阴降火中药配方颗粒治疗阴虚火旺型女童性早熟的临床疗效。方法对确诊的49例阴虚火旺型女童性早熟用滋阴降火中药配方颗粒进行治疗,并与同期不愿接受药物治疗的45例做为对照组进行比较,随访6个月,观察乳核指数、骨龄、对骨龄的身高标准差(SDS)增长分值(Ht SDSBA)、预测成年身高的增长分值(按靶身高SDS计,PAHSDSTHt)及中医症候积分变化情况。结果治疗组用药后乳核指数、中医症候积分减少程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,治疗组骨龄增长延缓,Ht SDSBA、PAHSDSTHt与治疗前相比有所增加(P<0.05)。结论滋阴降火中药配方颗粒治疗阴虚火旺型女童性早熟能有效降低中医症候积分,抑制性征发育及骨龄增长,改善预测成年身高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nourishing yin for lowering fire Chinese herbs granule in the treatment of precocious puberty in girls of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency. Methods 49 cases of diagnosed patients with precocious puberty in girls of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency were treated by nourishing yin for lowering fire Chinese herbs granule. 45 patients were unwilling to accept drug treatment in the control group. They were followed-up for 6 months. The mammary nucleus index,bone age（BA）,the height standard deviation score（SDS） for BA（Ht SDSBA）,predicted adult height for the target height SDS（PAHSDSTHt）,change of cumulative scores of syndromes were compared before and after six months in the two groups. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in the mammary nucleus index and decrease of cumulative scores of TCM syndromes after treatment（P 0. 05）. Maturation of BA slowed,while Ht SDSBAand PAHSDSTHtincreased（P 0. 05）. Conclusion The nourishing yin for lowering fire Chinese herbs granule in the treatment of precocious puberty in girls of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency has definite effect on decreasing the cumulative scores of TCM syndromes,depressing the development of sexual characteristics,delaying the skeletal maturity and improving the predictive adult height.
