PNF技术结合中药熏蒸治疗肩周炎疗效观察

目的观察神经肌肉本体易化技术(PNF)结合中药熏蒸对肩周炎的治疗效果,寻求肩周炎的有效治疗方法。方法将86例肩周炎患者随机分为试验组及对照组各43例,试验组采用PNF+中药熏蒸治疗,对照组给予功能锻炼+超短波治疗。结果两组患者疼痛程度及AROM均较治疗前明显好转(P<0.01)。临床疗效方面,试验组总有效率(95.35%)优于对照组总有效率(88.37%)(P<0.05)。结论 PNF技术结合中药熏蒸治疗可以有效减轻肩周疼痛和增加关节活动度,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of proprioception neuromuscular facilitation （PNF） combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of Scapulohumeral periarthritis, and to seek the effective method of treatment for this disease. Method 86 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with PNF and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, and the control group was given functional exercise and ultrashort wave therapy. Result After treatment, the shoulder AROM in the two patients groups were significantly increased compared with previous （P 〈 0. 01 ） , and the degree of pain was reduced （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.35% which was better than 88.37% of the control group, and there was some statistics difference in clinical effect （P 〈 0.05 ）. ConcLusion PNF combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment can effectively reduce the pain of the shoulder, increase the degree of joint activity, and improve the clinical effect.
