中西医结合治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的临床效果,进一步指导临床。方法选取我院急诊科2015年6月—2016年8月收治的慢阻肺急性加重期患者142例,将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组71例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服中药汤剂治疗,对比分析两组临床疗效及肺功能、血气分析指标水平变化情况。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后肺功能和血气分析指标均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢阻肺急性加重期疗效显著,可有效改善肺功能和血气情况,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and to further guide clinical medicine. Methods 142 cases of patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from June 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 71 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect and the change of lung function and blood gas analysis index were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The lung function and blood gas analysis indexes of the two groups were improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has significant effect, can effectively improve the lung function and blood gas situation, and is worthy of clinical reference.
