中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病痰瘀互结证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease with Syndrome of Intermingled Phlegm and Blood Stasis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床应用效果。方法对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组在西医治疗基础上加用中医祛瘀化痰方,两组痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者均连续治疗12周,记录其临床疗效。结果两组非酒精性脂肪性肝病痰瘀互结证患者经上述相应药物保守治疗后,研究组获得较对照组更为理想的临床治疗总有效率,其中研究组总有效率为91.11%、对照组总有效率为68.89%(P<0.05)。结论对非酒精性脂肪性肝病痰瘀互结证患者给予中西医结合治疗,可显著提高其临床疗效,有利于保障其生活质量及生命安全。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. Methods The control group was given Conventional Western medicine treatment. The study group received dispelling blood stasis and eliminating phlegm prescription on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients received continuous treatment for 12 weeks. The clinical effect was recorded. Result After conservative treatment of the corresponding drugs, the clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was 91.11%, and the total s effective rate of the control group was 68. 89% （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis can improve the clinical curative effect, and protect the life quality and life safety of the patients.
