小儿疳积的针灸治疗及护理浅析

Analysis on Treatment and Nursing of Infantile Malnutrition with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的观察小儿疳积的针灸治疗效果,总结护理要点。方法回顾分析2015年2月—2016年2月33例疳积患儿的临床资料,经中医辨证分型为虚证与实证,进行针灸治疗,并加强护理与健康宣教。结果 33例治愈19例,占57.6%,好转11例,占33.3%,无效3例,占9.1%,总有效率为90.9%。结论针灸治疗小儿疳积的临床疗效确切,做好各项护理措施,能够获得理想的效果。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of infantile malnutrition,and to summarize nursing method. Methods The clinical data of 33 cases of malnutrition in children from February 2015 to February 2016 were analyzed. They were divided into deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome according to the TCM syndrome differentiation,and were given acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. The health education and nursing were strengthened. Results 19 cases were cured,accounting for57. 6%,11 cases were improved,accounting for 33. 3%,3 cases were ineffective,accounting for 9. 1%,and the total effective rate was90. 9%. Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of infantile malnutrition has significantly clinical curative effect,combined with good nursing measures,and the desired effect can be achieved.
