摘要
目的分析基层医院中药饮片的质量问题及控制措施。方法选取我院2013年1月—2016年2月药品实验室8923份完整中药饮片检验报告单进行统计、归类,分析中药饮片质量问题并提出控制措施。结果 8923份完整中药饮片检验报告单中,共有七类质量不合格的问题饮片,共计508个批次,不合格率为5.69%。主要包括掺入"加重粉"(51.77%)、药品检查不过关(16.34%)等。结论基层医院中药饮片仍存在一定质量问题,应从提高从业人员专业技能、严格监督采购、验收流程、规范炮制过程、合理存储等控制措施入手。
Objective To analyze the quality problems and control measures of prepared drug in pieces in grass roots hospital. Methods 8923 copies of the complete prepared drug in pieces inspection report were selected in medicine laboratory of our hospital from January 2013 to February 2016 for statistics and classification. The quality problems of prepared drug in pieces were analyzed, and control measures were put forward. Results In the report of 8923 pieces of prepared drug in pieces inspection report, a total of seven categories of substandard quality pieces were classified, and the grand total were 508 batches, mainly included the incorporation of "aggravate powder" (51.77%) , drug inspection didn' t pass ( 16. 34% ), etc. Conclusion There are still some quality problems in traditional Chinese medicine prepared drug in pieces in the basic level hospitals, we should improve the professional skills of employees, strict supervision of procurement and acceptance process, standardize processing process, reasonable storage and other control measures.
