摘要 本体感觉包括位置觉、运动觉和振动觉。其检测方法可分为传统体格检查法、音叉检测法、角度阈值测量法、角度重建法、本体感觉诱发电位检测法、定量感觉检查法、事件相关电位法等多种阈值检测法,不同检测方法也各有利弊。本体感觉障碍使关节运动的控制力和稳定性下降,对日常运动和生活能力产生极大影响。所以,人体本体感觉的检测和评估就极为重要。本文将本体感觉的研究方法做一概述。 Proprioception include position sensation, movement sensation and vibration sensation. There are many measurement methods of proprioception, as traditional physical method, tuning fork detection method, angle threshold measurement, angle reconstruction method, somatosensory evoked potential measurement, quantitative sensory test and event related potential method. Different detection methods have advantages and disadvantages. The obstacle of proprioception make control and stability decreased in joint movement, and also make great influence on daily exercise and life ability, so the testing and evaluation of proprioception are very important. This article will make an overview of measurement methods on proprioception.
