为了适应不同品质阳极炭块的生产需求,结合石油焦中硫份和其他微量元素对炭块生产过程的影响,并考虑高低硫石油焦的价格,把不同成分石油焦按一定比例混合掺配,构成数字模型指导采购,使原料配比达到最优。
In order to meet the production requirements of anode carbon blocks with different quality, combining with the influence of sulfur and other trace elements of petroleum coke on the carbon block production process and considering the price of petroleum coke with high or low sulfur, petroleum cokes with different composition are mixed blent to certain proportion, a digital model is made to guide the pro- curement for the optimum raw material ratio.
