详细分析了某蓄热式铝熔炼炉理论热平衡,了解了整个熔炉系统的各项热损失,为提高铝熔炼炉能源利用率、减少热损失提出了工艺操作和设备结构方面的改进建议。
In this paper,the theoretical thermal equilibrium of a regenerative aluminum smelting furnace is analyzed in detail, and the heat loss of the whole furnace system is listed out. The suggestion of process operation and equipment structure is put forward to improve the energy utilization rate and reduce the heat loss of the aluminum smelting furnace
