摘要
介绍了中国石油兰州石化公司5万m^3/h制氢装置低负荷运行的生产情况及操作优化措施。低负荷运行时,应控制合理的水碳比,尽量降低转化反应温度,控制转化炉炉膛横面温差不高于30℃,出口支路温差不高于10℃,确保转化炉炉膛温度分布均匀;合理利用变换余热,防止设备超温,同时降低装置能耗;配氢量控制在600~800 m^3/h,上限为不超过天然气加工量的10%(体积分数)。通过采取操作优化措施,转化炉运行良好,造气系统各类催化剂使用寿命达52个月。
The production situation and operation optimization measures of the 50 000 m^3/h hydrogen production unit at low load running were introduced in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. During low load operation, the reasonable ratio of water to carbon should be controlled, the conversion reaction temperature could be reduced as far as possible, the temperature difference of the reformer furnace was controlled not higher than 30 ℃ , the temperature difference of outlet branch was below 10 ℃ so as to ensure the temperature of the reformer fur- nace distributed uniformly. The waste heat of the conversion process was utilized reasonably for pre- venting overheating and reducing energy consumption of unit. The quantity of hydrogen matching was controlled in 600 - 800 m^3/h and the upper limit was not more than 10% (volume fraction)of the gas processing capacity. By taking the operation optimi- zation measures, the reformer ran well, and the service life of all kinds catalyst of gas generation system reached to 52 months.
