摘要
分析了某炼油厂100万t/a常减压蒸馏装置的能耗状况,针对加热炉、换热网络、减压塔顶抽真空系统等采取了节能优化改造措施。结果表明,通过采取改造加热炉烟气和热媒水流程,使用螺旋折流板式高效换热器,将减压塔顶抽真空系统由蒸汽泵抽真空改造为机械泵抽真空等措施,使加热炉热效率提高了8.22个百分点,装置能耗(以标准油计)由12.39 kg/t下降至9.30 kg/t。
The situation of energy consumption of a 1 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was analyzed,and some energy -saving optimization revampment measures aiming at heating furnace, heat exchanger network and vacuum - pumping systern of vacuum tower overhead were adopted. The results showed that through revamping the flow of flue gas and heat medium water of heating furnace, using spiral baffle plate type high efficient heat exchangers,replacing the steam vacuum pump with mechanical vacuum pump for vacuum system of the top of vacuum tower, the thermal efficiency of heating furnace increased by 8.22 percent points, and the energy consumption of unit decreased from 12.39 kg/t ( calculated by standard oil) to 9.30 kg/t.
