摘要
在中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂600万t/a常减压装置上,考察了脱钙剂TS-888对高酸高钙原油脱钙及下游焦化装置生产的影响。结果表明:在剂钙比(脱钙剂与原油中钙离子的质量比)为4∶1时,原油脱钙率大于70%,脱后原油及外排污水性质均符合指标要求;脱钙剂加注前,1~#~4~#焦化加热炉的升温速率依次为0.51,0.54,0.63,0.44℃/d;脱钙剂加注后,其升温速率则依次降低至0.18,0.28,0.36,0.35℃/d,焦炭产品灰分质量分数平均值由0.91%降至0.72%。
The influences of TS- 888 type decal- eifieation agent on the decalcification of crude oil with high acid and high calcium and the production of downstream coking unit were investigated in a 6 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Refinery of Urumqi Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that when the ratio of decalcification agent to calcium (the mass ratio of decalcification agent to calcium ion in crude oil ) was 4 : 1, the decalcification rate of crude oil was more than 70% ,and the properties of desahed crude oil and discharged waste water could meet the requirements of the index. Before filling the decalcification agent,the heating rate of 1^# -4^# eoking furnace was 0. 51,0. 54,0. 63,0. 44 ℃/d in turn,and after filling the decalcification agent, the heating rate reduced to 0.18 ,0. 28 ,0. 36 ,0. 35 ℃/d respectively, and the average mass fraction of ash in coke product reduced from 0.91% to 0.72%.
