摘要
针对邓氏灰靶决策模型在计算靶心度时指派指标权重的不合理性,试着引入一种新的组合权重确定方式加以改进。采用层次分析法与标准离差法分别计算出主观权重与客观权重,再将两种权重进行加权处理,以此提高权重信服程度。由组合权重建立改进灰靶决策模型,并把它应用于西部省市区的林业经济发展水平评价。实例表明:采用层次分析法与标准离差法改进的加权权重更具合理性和科学性,把改进的灰靶模型用于林业经济发展水平的评价是行之有效的,适合应用推广。
According to irrationality of Deng's grey target decision model assign index weight in the calculation of the approaching degree, a new combination weight is introduced to improve it. Analytic hierarchy process and standard deviation score are used to calculate the subjective weight and the objective weight, then it is more convincing to weigh the subjective weight and the objective weight. The improved grey target decision model is established by the combined weights, and it is applied to the evaluation of the forestry economic development level in the western provinces of China. The example shows, using analytic hierarchy process and standard deviation score to improve the weight is more reasonable and scientific, and the improved grey target model that is used for evaluating forestry economic development level is effective, suitable for application and promotion.
