基于项目融合机制协同培育卓越英语师资的探索与实践——以乐山师范学院英语教师教育专业建设与教学改革为例 被引量:4

摘要 卓越教师培育已成为当前教师教育改革发展的必然趋势。乐山师范学院英语教师教育专业教学改革源于2010年英语师范生教改实验班,基于多项研教项目融合而形成的教师团队、课程改革、实践平台建设等相关内容,对培育卓越外语师资急需解决的关键理论与实践问题进行了长期的探索,取得了显著的人才培养综合效益,促进了教师、学生、学校三方的协同共赢。文章论述了此项教改成果的理路、实施路径以及成效,一方面深化对卓越英语师资培育的认识,另一方面总结经验、启迪反思。 Cultivation of excellent teachers has already been the natural trend in the current progression of teacher education reform. The teaching reform of English Teacher Education (ETE) in Leshan Normal University originated from 2010's experimental class of English teacher education reform. Through the synergic development of teacher teams, curriculum design, practice platforms and the like based on the integration of many a research and teaching reform program, a long-term exploration was made to address the key theoretical and practical issues on the cultivation of excellent English teachers,which has reaped remarkable comprehensive benefits in the talent cultivation,rendering tripartite wins for the teachers, the ETE majors and the schools. This paper reports the routes, practical efforts and effects of the exploration, so as to deepen the understanding of cultivation of excellent English teachers, summarize the experience, and elicit new reflection as well.
