国际教育与大学人才培养互动研究

A Study on the Interaction between International Education and Talent Cultivation in China

国际教育是教育外延发展的必然产物,是大学人才培养的延伸手段,是人才培养大学办学实践的逻辑起点,也是大学承担的基本使命。基于对普遍主义与本土问题意识的认知,文章从大学国际化的角度,以国际教育与我国大学人才培养互动为主题,探讨国际教育与我国人才培养互动的内涵、推动力和内在联系,并进一步探讨国际教育与我国大学人才培养互动的基本模式。

International Education is a natural result brought by the extended development of education.It is also an extended way for talent training in university.In addition,talent training is a logic start-up and a found mental mission of university running.Based on the understanding of universalism and awareness of local issue,this paper attempts,from the perspective of university internationalization,to study on the connotation,drive force and internal relation concerning the interaction between international education and talent cultivation.Furthermore,it is intended to study on a model of interaction between international education and talent cultivation in China.
