着眼全域作战需求,在分析海洋作战环境对海上狙击行动的目测距离、固定瞄准点、击发时机、协同狙击、狙击行动和海况的结合、设靶保障等影响的基础上,针对海上狙击手应具备的能力素质提出了培养海上狙击手应把握的重点。

Focusing on the full-spectrum operational requirements,based on analyzing the influence on the maritime operational environment on maritime sniping operations＇ visual distance,fixed aiming points,firing time,synchronized sniping,coordinating of sniping operations,and supporting of setting targets on the sea,this thesis presents some key points must be grasped by the maritime snipers in training,aiming at obtaining the capabilities and qualities.
