军事体育教育是提高官兵军事体育能力素质的主渠道,运用能力本位理论紧密结合任职教育和军事体育教育特点和规律,运用多种教育技术手段、网络技术,重新构建教学课程体系、学习内容、教学方法和评价体系,建设军事体育网络学习平台,有利于有效地指导或者帮助广大部队官兵开展科学的军事体育教学训练,提升教学效益。

Military physical education is the main channel to improve the officers and men of military sports ability and quality.Competency Based Education theory is combined with the professional education and the characteristics of military sports education and law,reconstruct the curriculum system,learning content,teaching method and evaluation system by using a variety of educational technology,network technology.The construction of military sports network learning platform is conducive to the effective guidance or helps the vast number of army officers and soldiers carry out the science of military sports teaching and training,improve teaching efficiency.
