广东省独立学院体育教师综合素质发展研究

Development of PE Teachers' Comprehensive Quality in Independent Colleges of Guangdong Province

21世纪高等教育要培养出高素质、全面发展的复合型人才,必须对高校教师综合素质提出更高的要求。从体育教师的角度出发,将现代教育理念的内涵应用于体育教师的综合素质培养中,从实施和推进高校体育素质的目的出发,对独立学院体育教师综合素质发展提出合理建议,探寻与现代教育理念相适应的独立学院体育教师综合素质体系,促进高等学校体育教学改革的进一步发展。

In the 21 st century,higher education is to cultivate high-quality,complex talents with all-round development,so it is necessary to put forward higher requirements on the comprehensive quality of teachers in Colleges and universities.This research starts from the perspective of physical education teachers,will apply the connotation of the concept of modern education in PE Teachers＇ comprehensive quality training,from the implementation and promotion on the quality of college sports,on the construction of Independent College PE teachers comprehensive quality development system to propose reasonable suggestions,explores the idea of modern education to adapt to the independent college PE teachers comprehensive quality system,to promote the further development of the school sports teaching reform.
