摘要
教育实习对学前教育专业学生专业理念的发展有重要影响。通过对五年制专科生教育实习的调查研究发现,教育实习促进了学生对职业的理解与认识以及幼儿观、保教观和个人修养的提高;幼儿园的园风、指导教师,以及学生在实习过程中积累的专业实践技能、与幼儿建立的情感、自我反思等对专业理念的发展产生了重要影响。进而提出选择优质幼儿园、向德才兼备的幼儿园老师学习、加强专业课程改革、指导学生读书、加强实习制度建设等建议,以帮助学生在教育实习过程中形成正确的专业理念。
The teaching practice is very important to develop the professional concept for the students of preschool education, which can help five-year-system students understand their occupation, kids and nursing, and improve their personal cultivation. The atmosphere and instructors of kindergarten, professional skills accumulated from practice, the emotion created with young children and self-reflection have significant impact on development of professional ideas. This study was mainly concerned with how to choose a high-quality kindergarten, learn from the teachers with both political integrity and professional competence, pay attention to reading and learning professional theory, and enhance the construction of practice system in order to help students form the correct professional philosophy in the process of education practice.
