摘要
为烤烟新品种选育、适宜种植区域规划和卷烟降焦减害新产品的研发提供参考,以全国6个不同产烟区的57个单料烟样品为材料,在ISO抽吸模式下,研究同一等级模块卷烟烟气中11种烟气成分(4种常规化学成分,7种有害成分)的含量差异及其相关性。结果表明:1)在同一等级配方模块卷烟中,同省份烤烟主流烟气中11种成分含量的差异较小,而不同省份则差异较大。2)在卷烟主流烟气的11种成分中,水分含量除与巴豆醛含量达极显著正相关(相关系数0.540,P<0.01)、与苯酚含量达极显著负相关(相关系数-0.370,P<0.01)外,与其他指标的相关性较小;而总粒相物、烟碱和焦油含量与其他指标的相关性较大。3)卷烟危害性指数与烟气中氨含量的相关性最大,相关系数为0.890;与烟气中总粒相物、焦油、CO、HCN、NNK、苯并[a]芘、苯酚含量呈中度相关,相关系数为0.508~0.752;与烟气中烟碱含量的相关性最弱,相关系数为0.441。
The content of eleven smoke components (four conventional chemical components and seven harmful components) in 57 unblended cigarette samples from six tobacco-producing areas in China was determined and their correlations were analyzed to provide a reference for breeding and suitable planting regional planning of new flue-cured tobacco varieties and development of new cigarette products with low tar and low harm. Results: 1) There is little difference in eleven smoke components of cigarettes with the same blending module in the same province but obvious difference among different provinces. 2) The moisture content is positively related to crotonaldehyde content very significantly and negatively related to phenol content very significantly. But the correlations between moisture and other chemical components are not obvious. Total particle matter, nicotine and tar content is greatly related to other chemical components. 3) The cigarette hazard index is related to ammonia content in cigarette smoke and its correlation coefficient is 0. 890. The cigarette hazard index is moderately related to total particle matter, tar, CO, HCN, NNK, benzopyrene and phenol content in cigarette smoke and their correlation coefficient is 0. 508~0. 752. The cigarette hazard index is weakly related to nicotine content in cigarette smoke and its correlation coefficient is 0. 441.
