摘要
为LED光源不同光质在三色堇育苗和生产上的应用提供理论依据,用LED光源红、蓝、绿、黄和白光5种光质对三色堇种子进行光照处理6h、12h、24h和48h后播种,测定其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、种子活力指数、芽苗长、根长和芽苗鲜重,并采用模糊数学隶属函数法对所测指标进行评价。结果表明:黄光处理48h三色堇种子的发芽率最高,为78.89%;蓝光处理48h的发芽势最高,为62.22%;红光处理48h的发芽指数最高,为24.790 0;绿光处理48h的活力指数最高,为54.361 8。白光处理24h三色堇的芽苗最长,为2.490 7cm;红光处理6h的根长最长,为3.2407cm;绿光处理24h的芽苗鲜重最大,为0.018 4g。白色光质处理48h、红色光质处理12h、绿色光质处理48h的综合隶属函数值分别为4.95、4.83和4.51,位列前三位,这3个处理是利于三色堇种子萌发和植株生长的光质及处理时间。
In order to provide theoretical references for the application of different LED light quality in V. tricolor cultivation and production, five kinds of LED light quality, including red, blue, green, yellow and white, were employed to treat V. tricolor seeds for 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h respectively, then the factors of germination rate, germination potential, germination index, seed vigor index, the length of seedlings, the length of roots and fresh weight of seedlings were measured, at last all the measured indexes were evaluated by fuzzy mathematics subjection function method. Results. The highest germination rate (78.89%) was yellow light and 48 h treatment. The highest germination potential(62. 22%) was blue light and 48 h treatment. The highest germination index(24. 790 0) was red light and 48 h treatment. The highest seed vigor index(54. 361 8) was green light and 48 h treatment. The highest seedling length (2. 490 7 cm) was white light and 24 h treatment. The highest the length of roots(3. 240 7) was red light and 6h treatment. The highest fresh seedling weight(0. 018 4 g) of seedlings was green light and 24 h treatment. The white light 48 h treatment and the red light 12 h treatment and the green light 48 h treatment, the comprehensive subordinative function values of which were respectively 4. 95, 4. 83 and 4.51, were beneficial for seed germination and growth of V. tricolor seeds.
