微波-超声波协同作用蛹虫草虫草素提取条件的优化 被引量:2

Optimization on Extraction Conditions of Cordycepin from Cordyceps Militaris under Microwave-Ultrasonic Wave Coordinative Interaction

摘要 为满足市场对虫草素的需求,提高虫草素提取率,选用蛹虫草为原料,在微波-超声波仪协同作用条件下进行该试验。通过单因素试验和正交试验考察料液比、溶剂比、提取时间和微波功率对蛹虫草虫草素提取率的影响。结果表明:蛹虫草虫草素提取的最佳提取条件为料液比1∶5,甲苯与无水乙醇配比10∶1,提取时间50min,微波功率为60 W,该条件下蛹虫草中虫草素的提取率为0.27%。 In order to satisfy the need of cordycepin in the marker, and enhance the extraction rate of cordycepin, the experiment was carried out under the microwave-ultrasonic instrument taking cordyceps militaris as the raw materials. The effects of solvent ratio, extraction time, microwave power and solid- liquid ratio were studied by single factor and orthogonal tests. Conclusion: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 5, solvent ratio of methylbenzene and alcohol 10 : 1, extraction time 50 min and microwave power 60 W. The extraction yield was 0. 27% under the optimal conditions.
