四川什邡雪茄烟的发展现状与对策

Development Status and Countermeasure of Cigar Tobacco in Shifang County of Sichuan Province

四川什邡是著名的名晾晒烟生产县,但随着农村经济多元化发展,烟叶种植面积呈急速下降趋势。为对新形势下雪茄烟产业的稳步发展研究提供参考,从什邡烟叶的生产模式和生产技术、烟农的生产能力、年龄结构、什邡烟生产的科技创新和政策扶持等方面分析德阳什邡地区雪茄烟叶的种植发展现状,提出强化生产种植模式研究、大力发展现代烟草农业、进一步优化品种结构、加强职业烟农队伍建设和深化政企合作等发展措施。

Shifang is the famous county with sunl-cured tobacco production, with the diversified development of rural economy, the tobacco planting area decreased sharply. In order to provide references for the steady development of the cigar industry under the new situation, the authors analyzed the current situation of cigar tobacco planting in Shifang from aspects of the production mode and technology, tobacco growers＇ production capacity, age structure, scientific and technological innovation and policies support. At last the corresponding development countermeasures were proposed as well, such as strengthening the cropping pattern research, developing the modern tobacco agriculture, optimizing the structure of varieties in further, strengthening the team construction of professional tobacco growers and deepening government and enterprise cooperation.
